He has been with the Hiranandani Group since 2015 and was the originator of the largest Private REIT deal in Indian real estate valued at over $1 billion for Hiranandani Powai’s 4 mn. sq. ft. commercial assets which were sold to Brookfield as a part of the monetization strategy for the group.
He has been in leadership positions in business, finance, and operations roles for large scale organizations, in industries such as FMCG, financial services, real estate and hospitality
He has been the C.F.O. of various large companies including Future Capital Holdings Ltd. And Britannia Industries Ltd. His experience spans across various facets of business strategy & finance including M & A, raising capital, IPOs, and enhancing effectiveness and operational efficiencies

A techno-commercial professional with bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Glasgow University (UK) and a master’s degree in financial management (Mumbai University); Mr. Hemant Prabhu has more than 20 years’ experience across global markets involving residential township development, mixed use development, commercial development, malls, infotech parks, large scale infrastructure projects and currently in the development of Industrial & Logistics Parks.
Mr. Hemant Prabhu is spearheading Hiranandani Group’s foray into the Industrial and Logistics vertical. With a substantial consolidated land bank of 450+ acres across major Indian cities, the Group under the brand name of ‘Greenbase’ has initiated development to deliver 10 million square feet of Grade A industrial and logistics space areas across Pune, Nashik, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru & Bhiwandi.
In his earlier roles he has been part of the core team responsible for setting up the design and development teams, and later moving to a more strategic role in the leasing and business development functions. He has leased more than 15 million square feet of industrial and logistics space pan India.
He is an expert in project management and execution of jobs from start to finish with experience of having successfully delivered in extremely challenging and alien situations. Start-ups, business development in new markets, setting up new teams and offices and implementing processes are his key forte.
He is very well networked and has established relationships through his leadership role within the real estate industry, with IPC’s, local brokers, design consultants, merchant bankers, vendors and suppliers, local and international lawyers.
He has attended several workshops and training programs on Real Estate Financial Modelling and Valuation, Project Management, Leadership & Personality Development and has a certificate from Harvard Business School on Negotiations and Deal Making. He has also attended the National Conference on Construction practices In Hot & Arid Climate and presented a paper titled “Concrete at Early Stages” and “Cathodic Protection in Construction”

Mr. Lokesh Agrawal is Finance Professional and qualified Chartered Accountant FCA (ICAI, Mumbai), Commerce Graduate, Certified Professional of National Institute of Security Markets. He is highly accomplished and strategic Finance Professional with more than 22 years of experience and effectively leveraging the Industry knowledge and rich experience in all aspects of Infrastructure and Real Estate in Corporate Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, Fund raising/Investor relations, Business Planning, Cashflow and Financial Planning, Capital Structuring, Budget Forecasting, Portfolio Asset Management, Process digitalisation and optimisation, Corporate Governance, Auditing, legal & compliances. He has been closely associated with Industries indulged in Infrastructure, Real Estate, SRA, Financial Services for more than 18 Years. He has also participated Pan India level Panel discussions, Conferences on Finance & Taxation Planning, Seminars on financial matters. He is Core member of CFO club, Community and Chartered accountant’s Professional Group.
He has previously associated with leading companies including Everstone – IndoSpace (PE Fund, Industrial Infrastructure), K Raheja Group (Real Estate), Omkar Group (SRA, Real Estate, Infrastructure), Piramal Capital (Financial Services) and currently with Hiranandani Nidar Group – Infrastructure (Industrial & Logistics) as Chief Financial Officer since 2019.

Before joining the corporate, she worked with multi-disciplinary Law Firms for a decade in Mumbai and has vast experience in Property Law, Intellectual Property Law, DRT, Company Laws, Arbitration & Conciliation
