He is a Doctorate in Management, a graduate in Commerce from Mumbai University and F.C.A. from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He goes by the alias ‘Builder Extraordinaire’ or ‘the Real Estate Czar’ for his vision, brilliance, qualities as a builder, perfectionism, and zest for excellence. His vast knowledge and contribution to the real estate sector have earned him the honourable position of National President, NAREDCO (National Real Estate Development Council), which operates under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India. He started his career with a textile weaving unit, before foraying into realty. With his unconventional vision, he successfully redefined the industry through astonishing township projects, accredited with beautifying skylines in Powai and Thane with Panvel, Chennai, Ahmedabad, and Pune set to follow.

Mr. Darshan Hiranandani

Group Chief Executive Officer

He is an MBA (specialising in Entrepreneurship and Finance) and B.S. (specialising in Management Information System) from Rochester Institute of Technology, New York. Mr. Darshan Hiranandani heads the Group’s real estate business in Dubai (U.A.E.) and energy business and is instrumental in taking the Group international. A composed individual with a focussed vision, he brought international acclaim to the Group by successfully delivering the landmark ‘23 Marina’ project in Dubai in 2012, the world’s tallest residential building at the time. He envisions meeting the country’s power requirements and contributing to its economic growth through the energy business, in which he has led investments in environment friendly and futuristic technologies. He is the winner of Asia Pacific Quality Organisation Global Performance Excellence Best in Class Award - 2016.

Mr. N Shridhar

Chief Executive Officer, Greenbase

A post-graduate in Management from Mumbai University, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (London), the Chartered Global Management Accountants and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, Mr. N. Shridhar has been part of the Nidar-Hiranandani the Group since 2015 and is the Managing Director of Pegasus FinInvest Advisory. Having knowledge and understanding of industries and market dynamics, he has for the past 28 years played leadership roles across Business, Operations and Finance for FMCG, Financial Services, Realty, and Hospitality companies, directing their strategy and business model towards maximising value and profitable growth. His past associations include Asian Paints, Unilever Group at Pond’s India, Coca-Cola, and Britannia. He has expertise across various facets of operations, strategy and finance, including M&A, raising capital, IPOs, and enhancing effectiveness and operational efficiencies. He mentors entrepreneurs, invests in start-ups through the social impact investment platform of Pegasus and is an Independent Director of the Director’s Club.

A techno-commercial professional with bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Glasgow University (UK) and a master’s degree in Financial Management (Mumbai University); Mr. Hemant Parbhu has more than 21 years’ experience across global markets involving residential township development, mixed use development, commercial development, malls, infotech parks, large scale infrastructure projects and currently is spearheading Hiranandani Group’s confident foray into the Industrial and Logistics vertical. In his earlier role at IndoSpace, he was part of the core group responsible for setting up the design and development team, later moving to a more strategic role in the leasing team and helping to lease more than 12 million square feet of industrial and logistics space pan India. He has attended several workshops and training programs on Real Estate Financial Modelling and Valuation, Project Management, Leadership & Personality Development besides having done a program with Harvard Business School on Negotiations and Deal Making.

Vinod Radhakrishnan is the Assistant Vice President (AVP) Leasing for West region of Greenbase Industrial Park a joint venture between Hiranandani and Blackstone, covering Leasing and sales, business operations, team development and overall business profitability of the region. Mr. Radhakrishnan has over 18 years of experience in real estate development and marketing across India. He has developed a network on land sales and corporate leasing business along with expertise in structuring complex industrial deals. Prior to Greenbase, he has worked with leading developers and real estate advisory firms like Indospace, Adani Port & SEZ, Khed City (Part of Bharat Forge) & CB Richard Elis. Vinod comes with an experience of leasing over 5 Million Sq.ft of complex commercial real estate and over 100 acres of Land transactions.
